About Alicia Loftin

Hi, I’m Alicia Loftin, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones—buying, selling, or leasing property. I work with first-time buyers, downsizers, renters, landlords, military families, and even clients looking to buy or sell land in Rosenberg, TX and the Fort Bend area. My goal is to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

I know that real estate is more than a transaction—it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I take the time to truly listen, communicate clearly, and advocate for what matters most to you.

I bring both experience and education to the table, holding designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). I’m also certified as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), Texas Affordable Lending Specialist (TALS), Certified Express Lending Agent (CELA), Military and Veteran Housing Certification (MVHC), and Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) member.

Whether I’m helping a family find their first home, assisting a landlord in leasing their property, guiding a land sale, or supporting empty-nesters in downsizing, my approach is always the same—to make the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.
